has since moved past the problem, but only after having to pay out millions in settlements.

However, a group of owners is currently suing another premium Japanese carmaker for acceleration issues.

Owners and lessees of Acura's two most popular SUV models, the 2019–2020 RDX and the 2016–2020 MDX, are parties to the complaint.
